I’m really glad you’re here and taking this step toward your well-being. Seeking support is not always easy, and I’ve learned through my own experiences just how powerful the right guidance can be. That understanding is what led me to this work and continues to shape the way I support others.
I am a clinical therapist and registered social worker offering adult counselling for clients across British Columbia through virtual sessions, as well as in-person counselling in Kelowna, BC. My practice focuses on supporting individuals with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Whether you’re seeking support locally in Kelowna or from anywhere in BC, my goal is to help you move through what feels overwhelming and regain a sense of clarity and stability.

I received a Master’s of Social Work from the University of British Columbia in Kelowna, BC. I am a licensed and Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW). Social Workers are qualified to provide counselling, develop intervention plans, connect clients to resources and empower you to handle life’s challenges like a champ!
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialetical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
