I’m a clinical therapist and Registered Social Worker offering OCD and anxiety counselling for teens (16+) and adults in Kelowna, BC and across British Columbia through virtual sessions. I understand how exhausting it can feel to live with constant worry, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, panic, or the feeling that your mind never fully “shuts off.” Many people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or anxiety spend years feeling misunderstood, stuck in cycles of reassurance-seeking, overthinking, avoidance, or self-doubt before reaching out for support.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe therapy should feel human. Alongside practical strategies and education about how OCD, anxiety, and the nervous system work, I focus on creating a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported. Whether you’re navigating intrusive thoughts, phobias, relationship stress, perfectionism, burnout, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and confidence in yourself again.

I received a Master’s of Social Work from the University of British Columbia in Kelowna, BC. I am a licensed and Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW). Social Workers are qualified to provide counselling, develop intervention plans, connect clients to resources and empower you to handle life’s challenges like a champ!

My trainings and approach include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialetical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
